My NZ order has still not been delivered?

Orders to New Zealand are shipped using CourierPost and have a target delivery of Overnight (Next working day) . Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays which means if you order on a Friday, the next working day is Monday.   

Delivery to most areas in New Zealand generally occur overnight, however some rural / remote areas can take an extra 1-2 days. 

If you would like more information on your delivery status please call the CourierPost Customer service team on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number. Opening hours are 7am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am -12 midday Saturday.
