If your device is broken or faulty because of manufacturing issues, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for our returns policy on all orders however we go over and above with a satisfaction guarantee.
To make the returns process as painless as possible we have returns locations in both Australia and New Zealand.
Everything we offer on podlyfe.com is carefully curated by us, sourced only from reputable manufacturers and distributors. We stand by our high quality pod vape and nicotine salt products so back this with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If there is ever a problem after the 14 day return period, your item is covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Podlyfe will pay shipping both ways on any defect issues for NZ and Australian customers. 
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Return any open / used item within 14 days for a full refund, store credit or exchange.
We don't just want you to be happy with your purchase from Podlyfe, we want you to be over the moon! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items, even if used, for a full refund or store credit within 14 days*.
*The only product exclusion to this guarantee is bottled eLiquid.
This applies to NZ and AUS customers only.
 How to return?
  1. Have your order number and email address handy
  2. Fill out the returns form above
  3. Follow the instructions and ship it off
That's it.  Simple. 
The detail
  • Return your purchase, for any reason, within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund. Australian and New Zealand Customers only.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of Pod Devices returned by a customer under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee after returning 2 or more devices for full refunds.
  • Returns must include all of items that were originally in the delivered package including, but not limited to, accessories and power cables.
  • We do like the original packaging to be returned
  • If the returned shipment is missing any items, we deduct deduct the price of these from your refund or credit.
  • The returned items must be in working condition.
  • You are responsible to pay return shipping on items returned under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • You will be refunded the price that you paid for the items purchased. We do not refund the shipping costs.
Defective products / warranty
Shop with peace of mind at Podlyfe knowing you are covered with a 6 month warranty for all devices from date of purchase. 
If you purchase a product from us that stops working because of a manufacturer's issue, the item is covered by warranty, which we can take care of by way of offering a replacement (exchange), refund or store credit.
If a product is broken or damaged because it fell off a skyscraper, into the ocean or run over by a truck, it is not eligible for return under warranty or our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Defective products may at times be checked and resolved remotely by way of a video and or photo.
Podlyfe will reimburse shipping if the defective product requires return.
